The short version

Placeholder: the therapist's own introduction goes here. Two or three paragraphs, first person, covering what led to this work, what kind of clients you most enjoy treating, and what you believe about how treatment should be done. This is the most read section on the page after the home page, so it should sound like a person rather than a brochure.

How this practice works

Every session is assessment led. Nobody gets an hour of general massage and a vague suggestion to stretch more. If the assessment says the problem is your mid back rather than your neck, that is where the session goes, and you will be told why.

Progress gets measured against the numbers taken in the first session, so improvement is demonstrable. If three sessions are enough, three sessions is what you will be advised to book. If something needs a GP or a physiotherapist rather than a massage therapist, you will hear that plainly.

Who this suits

People who sit for a living and train around it. People coming back from a break who have found their body did not wait for them. Runners, lifters, cyclists and weekend players who want to keep doing the thing rather than manage a permanent niggle.

Getting in touch

Questions before booking are welcome, particularly if you are unsure whether massage is the right call for what you have got. A straight answer costs nothing.
